ON-SITE WARRANTY
We generally offer an on-site warranty. In case of an on-site service, a Kyocera Document Solutions engineer will come to your office and carry out any repairs on site.
LONG-LIFE COMPONENTS WARRANTY
Our long-life components (which include the drum and process unit) in all our multifunctional devices are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase or until the long-life component’s design life is reached, typically 100,000 to 500,000 pages, whichever comes first.
USER TRAINING
Kyocera Document Solutions provide user training when we install our devices. In some cases we may also offer in-depth training to your experts so that most service requirements can be taken care of in your own company.
CLICK CHARGES
This is an individual and flexible service solution that provides you with a convenient “cost per page” price on a monthly basis.
